South Brunswick police release video of suspects robbing ATM

SOUTH BRUNSWICK – Police have released a video from an early Saturday morning where two suspect decided that they would take an ATM instead of just withdrawing some money from it.

The suspect, according to police, may have gotten away with approximately $5,000 in cash.

Police were notified about the missing ATM machine by employees at a Raceway gas station on Route 1. The employees called police on July 7 to report that the ATM is the lobby was gone. According to police, the employees last saw the ATM on Friday night.

Two suspects broke into the gas station lobby at 2:37 a.m. on Saturday morning and eventually load the ATM into a van, according to police.
